DELIVERY & RETURNS
Do you deliver to my house?
We will deliver to your house or office located in Selangor/KL area or you can collect from our place at:

AzWa e-Solution (001713768-M)
No. 1, Jalan AU 5C/12,
Lembah Keramat,
54200 Kuala Lumpur.


How do you charge for delivery?
Free Delivery areas include Keramat, Taman Melawati, Wangsa Maju, Setapak, Gombak and Selayang.

- For deliveries outside the Free Delivery areas, but within Klang Valley, a surcharge of RM20 (per trip) will be levied.

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel the orders, please contact us within 3 days after the order being placed. We cannot accept cancellations or amendments after this period.

- A 50% surcharge is applicable for orders that are confirmed.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What forms of payment do you accept?
All personal order must be paid in cash prior to delivery. Payment can be deposited into the bank account provided or walk in.

- For corporate orders, 50% deposit is required upon confirmation and 50% of balance upon delivery of order. Payment can be deposited into the bank account provided or walk in.

- Please Email/MMS/Fax the bank slip for confirmation of payment.

How to confirm my payment?

What are your banking details?
All payment shall be made to:

Can I reserve the Cookies and pay for it later?
Cookies cannot be reserved without full payment.

Do you accept C.O.D?
Yes, subject to the availability of the cookies (for walk in only).

I do not have Maybank account, how can I make payment?
It is not necessary to have a Maybank account to make payment. Please visit the nearest
Kawanku Cash Deposit Machine to make payment.

I do not have a scanner. How to email the bankslip as a proof that payment has been made?
Capture the bankslip using a handphone camera and
MMS to 0193037090 or 0126564747. You also can email the Transaction ID, Exact Date/Time, Location and Amount. With those particulars we can check your payment through Maybank2U Online Banking.

ORDERING

How to order?
Once you have found item(s) you wish to purchase, email to Payment@AzWa.Biz the particulars with the bankslip as a proof that payment has been made.

How do I make modification to my order?
If for any reason you need to modify your order once it has been transmitted, please contact us ASAP at 012-6564747 (En. Azmi) or 019-3037090 (Pn. Wawa). It can not be modified after 3 days and RM20 applies for re-direction of orders.

What is the minimum purchase?
Please note that the minimum order for cookies is RM20 - excluding delivery.

When is the latest date I can order?
Please place your order at least 5 days before the required delivery date.

Do I always get exactly the same as in the picture?
No, depends on what we have in stock at the time, so decorations like flowers and ribbons might change. We will do our best to replicate what is shown on screen, but every order is slightly different.

What are the benefits of being a reseller?
You can get discounts if purchases are more than RM300 for the cookies.

What is so special about your cookies?
The cookies are made from selected quality of ingredients. I do not think that you can find the cookies in any other store or supermarket. It is a special homemade cookies using Secret Special Recipe.
